These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tarabet ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tarabet website located at https://tarabet.bet, including all games, services, features, promotions, and content available therein.

All financial transactions on tarabet — including deposits, withdrawals, and account balances — are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). tarabet does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of players.

Accepted Payment Methods: tarabet currently supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard credit or debit cards. Payment methods may be added or removed at tarabet's sole discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your tarabet account balance following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses issued by tarabet carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated bonus funds or derived winnings can be withdrawn. • Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

Confirmed Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the tarabet platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. tarabet's decision on the outcome of any bet or game is final, subject only to any applicable error or technical malfunction provisions.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a system error, network failure, or game malfunction that results in an ambiguous or inconclusive outcome, tarabet reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player. tarabet's liability in such circumstances is strictly limited to the return of the staked amount.

• Bets placed using funds that were deposited, credited, or transferred in error are void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tarabet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during the account lifecycle.
• Money Laundering: Using the tarabet platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. tarabet is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
